We are Team Hawes&Cart. On October 9th 2009 we will be participating in the London Tashkent Challenge. On these pages you will find information about who we are, what we’re doing, where we are going and how we are getting there.
The Challenge…
The challenge is simple! Drive a £100(ish) car from London to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in 17 days. We are taking part in a 1998 Citroen Xantia 1.9 Turbo Diesel SX.
Donations…
Eco Earth Nappies are generously donating reusable nappies for us to take and deliver to the orphanage in Ukraine. They specialise in flat nappies, prefolds and booster pads in bamboo, hemp and organic cotton – plus all the accessories you’ll ever need.

Sorry I was not around to see you off from Carlingcott. I expect the terrain will be a lot easier now that you have successfully navigated through Peasedown.
